ABOUT
Welcome to JC Business Coaching and Consulting, LLC. I'm the heart and mind behind your next leap forward. My journey to becoming a business coach and consultant come from a blend of education and real-world discovery.
I decided to use my background in business management and firsthand experiences to bridge this knowledge gap. Thus, JC Business Coaching and Consulting was born. My mission is to empower business owners by equipping them with the insights, strategies, and confidence they need to achieve sustainable success.
My approach is deeply personal, rooted in genuine care for your success and a commitment to understanding the unique challenges you face. I firmly believe in the power of "come as you are" meetings, a format that encourages open, honest dialogue in a relaxed atmosphere.
Rather than preaching solutions, we will have real-time discussions about your business, identifying issues together and proceeding with tailored education and guidance. We’ll create a partnership where your success is nurtured through understanding, flexibility, and real-world application. Whether you're navigating startup challenges, scaling your operations, or seeking to refine your strategic direction, I'm here to guide you every step of the way.
In 2016, I graduated from Brigham Young University, Marriott School of Management with a degree in Business Management, emphasizing Entrepreneurship. This foundation not only equipped me with a robust understanding of business principles but also ignited a passion for guiding others through the complex world of entrepreneurship.
Just before my graduation I embarked on another significant journey by marrying my sweetheart, Amy. Together, we navigated the waters of life and career, eventually finding our roots in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, in 2018. Our love for the serenity and tight-knit community of rural life led us to Elmore City, Oklahoma, in 2023, where we've found a place to call our forever home on our rural homestead.
My career began in the realm of real estate investment and property management. However, it was through my professional networking events and B2B relationships that I had a shocking revelation: what I had considered "common business sense" was not so common after all. I observed that many business owners, while experts in their craft, often lacked the essential skills and knowledge necessary to navigate the complex business environment successfully.
