How to pay for Professional Coaching
Small Business Grant:
Making Coaching available for every business owner
My goal is to make coaching affordable early on, easing financial strain for growing businesses.
I firmly believe that coaching should be accessible to ALL business owners, and not just those that have ‘made it.’ One of my efforts to support this cause is by offering a Small Business Grant that reduces the initial cost of coaching to companies based on their needs. This ensures my clients receive the guidance they need to succeed, even if they are unable to afford the full cost of my services.
Clients who receive the Small Business Grant are offered a graduated payment schedule tailored to fit their individual needs and capacity. This grant begins with a discounted initial payment that increases gradually each month, until eventually, they’re able to pay full price.
What Is It?
-
What is your Small Business Grant?
Our goal is to make coaching affordable at the beginning for a company of any size. Because of this, depending on the needs of the company, I offer an up front discount to new clients to help them get started with coaching.
-
What is the goal of the Small Business Grant?
My goal is to help clients get the help the need at the price they can afford. I then hope to make an immediate impact on your business that will help improve revenues so that as time goes on, you will be able to afford coaching at the standard rate without feeling the pressure or burden of the cost.
-
Who is it for?
I often mention that there are three stages of being a business owners.
Stage one is when owners are paying their company to stay in business. Stage two is when they are able to stay in business but are not able to pay themselves. Stage three is when you are able to stay in business and get paid well by being in business.
This grant is to help the anyone in stage one or two get to stage three. -
How might it work for you?
Example: Sean has owned a plumbing company for 5 years, and realized that though he knows plumbing inside and out, he wants some coaching on how to be a better business owner.
Since Sean knows that his profit margins are very fine, he applies for our Small Business Grant to help him get started in coaching.
In order to help him get off the ground, Sean is granted a 60% discount on his first month of coaching, 40% discount on his second month, and 20% discount on his third month. As a result of his coaching in the first few months, he is able to increase revenues quickly to the point that he can support the whole cost of coaching without a negative financial impact.
