What does the coaching process look like?
Generally we aim to meet in person once a week for 1 hour.

How long does the coaching relationship typically last?
Though some people prefer to keep a coaching relationship perpetually, generally speaking the intended length of contract is 12 months.

What kind of commitment is required from me or my business?
Coaching is not just attending another business meeting - it requires an open mind, committed effort to change the business as is necessary, and a willingness to stretch yourself and your company beyond your comfort level both inside and outside of our coaching sessions.

How are the coaching sessions conducted? (in-person, online, phone)
Though coaching is available online and over the phone as needed, primarily all of our coaching sessions will be conducted in person.

Can I tailor the coaching program to my specific needs?
Absolutely! My main goal and objective is to adapt and respond to the needs of your company.

What kind of results can I expect from business coaching?
You can expect enhanced business performance, clearer strategic direction, improved leadership and management skills, increased productivity, and better decision-making abilities. Additionally, coaching can lead to personal growth, greater job satisfaction, and a more balanced approach to work and life challenges.

How do you measure the success of your coaching?
This is tailor made to each client and is discussed in our first meeting on what their goals are, but the way that I personally measure success is through observing my clients increased Revenue, confidence in their company, competence in being a businessman or woman, and increased positive outlook on their company and life.

My approach involves deeply understanding the specific nature of the challenge, asking probing questions to uncover underlying issues, and guiding you to develop tailored solutions through strategic thinking, innovative problem-solving, and action planning, all while ensuring alignment with your overall business goals and values.

How much does business coaching cost?
Pricing is tailored to your company's size, age, scope of work, and desired frequency of coaching sessions, providing you with flexible options to achieve your goals effectively. Our most common coaching package on average is $2000 per month

What information do I need to provide before starting?
Only one thing - a time and place you’d like to meet up for an initial consultation!

Are there any additional costs I should be aware of?
No! Once we have agreed on the price, that is the price. No additional upcharges, no on-call fees, nothing! Call me when you need help and I’ll be there to support you!

How do I get started with business coaching?
Give me a call and we’ll set up a free consultation for your first time, think of it like a working interview! We’ll discuss your business and see if we are a good fit for each other.

Is there an initial consultation, and is it free?
Yes! My initial consultation is free to all business owners. Feel free to come with as many questions as you want answered!

Is there a payment plan available?
Though we don't offer a payment plan, if you are concerned about the upfront financial burden, please do consider applying for our Small Business Grant. Click the button below for details.

How soon can I begin seeing results?
This depends on the goals and the results you are looking for. That said, it is common to feel more capable and on track as the owner of your business in a matter of weeks, with major changes being seen in a few months.
Support and Resources

What kind of support can I expect outside of coaching sessions?
When you hire me, you don't just hire me to sit with you weekly, but to be available for outreach at any reasonable time. If something major happens in your business, don't wait for our next meeting, just call asap so we can respond proactively!

Do you provide resources or tools as part of your coaching?
Yes! I’ll provide templates, documents and a cloud-based folder for us to share documents with each other.

How often will we communicate, and through what channels?
Generally we meet up weekly in person, but I am available through email, phone, and text message as needed.

What happens if I need to reschedule a session?
Generally there is no issue in rescheduling to another day with a week's notice. If something happens and we need to reschedule with less notice than that, we may adjust our meeting to be over the phone or virtually to accommodate fitting it in both of our schedules.
Ethics and Confidentiality

How do you ensure confidentiality in your coaching sessions?
In addition to my integrity and commitment to you, I also sign a Non Disclosure Agreement with every one of my clients in regards to the specifics of their coaching.

As a business coach, I adhere to ethical standards that include maintaining confidentiality, providing honest and unbiased advice, respecting client autonomy, avoiding conflicts of interest, and committing to the client's growth and best interests. These principles ensure trust, integrity, and professionalism in the coaching relationship.
